Khartoum - President of the Republic Omer Al Bashir has hailed the big role which the general trade union of the Sudanese continued to play for resolving the country’s political, economic and social issues.
Al Bashir voiced the praise while meeting in his office at the Republican Palace the delegation of the Sudanese Women Trade Union led by Mariam Osman Jissour the Secretary General of the said union.
Mariam said, in a press statement, that she has briefed the President on the plans and programs of the union in all spheres along with women empowerment a support via Al-Amal foundation for micro-financing, noting that the President has affirmed his support to the programmes of the union.
