Hassabo Affirms State Support to Air Controllers

Khartoum - The Vice-President of the Republic, Hassabo Mohammed Abdul Rahman has affirmed the state support to air controllers as well as its concern over development

and promotion of the aviation sector.
Hassabo, addressing the 27th Aviation Conference for Africa and Middle East which opened sessions yesterday, Monday, in Khartoum with the participation of 45 states and a number of the concerned international organizations, that, the state, despite the foreign pressures and the sanctions imposed on it, works for development of air control .
He said the air controllers are responsible for the organization of traffic on land and air to prevent crashes and to maintain fast, regular and safe air traffic.
The director of Civil Aviation Authority, Captain, Ahmed said the securing of the Sudanese air space is the responsibility of the air controller, revealing more steps to develop safety of the country's air space, to increase capacity and securing air space.
