Al Bashir: No Back Down from Arms Collection Decision

Khartoum: President of the Republic Field Marshal Omer Al Bashir has stated that after the end of the voluntary collection of arms the mandatory  collection of arms will be

launched stressing that  no back down on the decision of arms collection and he who hands over arms voluntarily he is welcome and he who doesn’t will be subject to the law.
He said while addressing yesterday at Um Alqura locality in south Darfur the mass rally that all the internally displaced persons in Kalma , Shtaia and Gireida  all need services and development and we are prepared for that.
He further said " I bear witness that that the men of the rapid support forces are unshakable and Iam proud that I have men who are able to  eliminate rebellion highlighting the attempt or rebellion and attack once again and they were targeting Neyala but the rapid support forces have dealt with them decisively in the battle of Goz Dango in a matter of half an hour affirming that the rebels have now became mercenaries with Hafter in Libya.
He said now the people of Darfur are sure that those who displaced them are traders under the order of those who pay them more  hailing the armed forces  and the security system which undertook the rapid support.
Al Bashir directed conducting a study for water services and connecting Um Al qura with the road from Neyala to the mountain stressing that  he guarantees a seat for every student and  the obligatory education for all the children as well as working for restoring routes between the nomads and the cattle herders
