Industry Minister Praises Japanese Government Efforts in Supporting Development in the Country

Khartoum – (Khalda Elyas) Minister of Industry, Dr. Musa Mohamed Karama praised, during his meeting here yesterday with the Japanese Ambassador to Sudan on the occasion of expire of his assignment in Sudan, praised the distinguished economic and social relations between the governments of Sudan and Japan, hailing the assistances being provided by the Japanese government through JICA in the areas of training, capacity building, health and drinking water in the states of eastern Sudan, Darfur, Blue Nile and South Kordofan.
For his part, the Japanese diplomat expressed his pleasure for his time in Sudan, praising the positive developments in Sudan, particularly in the states of Darfur, Blue Nile and South Kordofan, achievement of the national dialogue, and lifting of economic sanctions on Sudan, expressing his hope that the said positive developments will contribute in the economic and social development  in the country, expressing his country’s readiness to provide all possible assistances to help Sudan in achieving the desired economic and social development.
