Al-Bashir Gives Directive for Developing Sudan's relations with BRICS countries

Khartoum (SUNA) - President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al-Bashir has given directive for pressing ahead

with enhancement of Sudan's relations with BRICS states (Brazil, Russia, India, China and South Africa) in a way that achieves common interests between Sudan and BRICS member states.

The President got acquainted during his meeting in the Republican Palace, Thursday , with Deputy Chairman of the High Committee assigned to oversee Sudan-BRICS Relations , Dr Awad Al-Jaz with performance of the Committee during the past period and its future plans.

Dr Al-Jaz said in press statements that the strategic partnership with China has entered developed fields , disclosing that a delegation would head to China within coming period within framework of the joint committees between the two countries to seek development of cooperation in domains agreed upon.

Dr Al-Jaz indicated that the President of the Republic has extended invitation to President of the China to visit Sudan, referring to progress made in cooperation between Sudan and BRICS Countries in all domains.
