Khartoum - Minister of International Cooperation, Idris Suleiman confirmed the strong strategic relations between Sudan and Saudi Arabia

In a press statement after his meeting with Saudi Ambassador to Sudan Ali Ben Hassan Jaafer, Suleiman said that the two countries have long-standing ties, indicating that Sudan’s cooperation with Saudi Arabia in the field of security as it is the first line of defense for Sudan, saying that  security of  Saudi Arabia is the security of Sudan, referring to the economic relations between the two countries, in addition to the huge investments in various fields, pointing to the importance of activating the banking work between the two countries, which facilitates trade between them and increase the volume of trade exchange.
For his part, the Saudi ambassador said that the meeting comes within the framework of the bilateral relations between the two countries and how to strengthen them, pointing to the upcoming visit of  the state minister of investment of Sudan, Osama Faisal to Saudi Arabia during the coming period to stand on the experiences of economic institutions as well as his meetings with the Chambers of Commerce in Jeddah and Riyadh, describing the meeting as fruitful and positive, pointing out that its results will be in the coming days in the form of ongoing meetings between the two countries.
